Alberto uses fresh vegetables and dairy-free dough to create mouth-watering meat and/or dairy-free dishes. His vegan cheese pizzas are especially popular.
Imported from Italy, our delicious gluten-free dough bases are prepared and cooked in separate trays.
Alberto insists on using 100% pure Caputo flour in his pizza bases. All of his sauces are home-made on the premises using fresh or minimally processed herbs and vegetables. Our imported sausages and cured meats are made using traditional Italian methods and have been a staple of the Mediterranean diet for centuries.
Does your little one want plain pasta or sauces on the side? Non c’è problema! Tell us what you need and we’ll do our best to accommodate even the pickiest of picky eaters!
Please be aware that we use wheat flour in our kitchen.
Flour particles are incredibly fine and easily become airborne during use. We cook our gluten-free dishes in separate trays but we cannot guarantee that a few of those pesky flour particles will not touch your food.
